A lifelong learner and leader, Nataliya believes empathy and strategy belong in the same conversation. Born and raised in Ukraine, she brings a deep belief in resilience, purpose, and care to everything she does.

As Senior Vice President, Market Leader, and shareholder at Holmes Murphy & Associates, she’s spent nearly two decades helping organizations design benefit strategies that attract and retain top talent. Her work blends leadership, culture, and business strategy — grounded in the conviction that when we care deeply about people, performance follows.

Drawing from her Ph.D. research on how leaders and organizations can support employees through life’s most difficult moments, Nataliya writes, speaks, and consults on the power of intentional leadership and cultures of care. Her forthcoming book expands this work — featuring research, real stories, and practical frameworks to help leaders respond with empathy, clarity, and courage.
